How do I restore my purchases?
Open Hexadle, go to Settings (tap the gear icon on the home screen), then tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the Apple ID you used when you bought Hexadle Plus or an extra-guess pack. If the issue persists, restart the app and try again, or contact us below.
How do I manage or cancel my Hexadle Plus subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. To cancel or change your plan, visit your Apple subscription settings: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Alternatively, on iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your display name, user ID, and all gameplay data from our servers. The action cannot be undone. Guest players (no sign-in) have no account to delete — simply deleting or reinstalling the app removes all local data.
I am not receiving daily reminder notifications

Check the following, in order:

  1. On iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Hexadle— confirm "Allow Notifications" is on, and that Alerts or Banners are enabled.
  2. Make sure Focus / Do Not Disturb is not blocking Hexadle.
  3. Inside Hexadle: Settings → Notifications — make sure the daily reminder toggle is on.
  4. If notifications stopped after an iOS update, open Hexadle once — this re-registers the notification schedule.
My streak was lost after reinstalling or getting a new phone
If you were signed in with Apple before reinstalling, sign back in and your streak will sync automatically. If you were playing as a guest, streaks are stored locally and cannot be recovered after a reinstall. To protect your streak in future, sign in with Apple (free) — it keeps your progress safe across devices.
The wrong color appears, or the puzzle looks broken
Force-close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, check for an app update in the App Store. Still broken? Screenshot the issue and email it to us — we want to fix it fast.
