Terms of Use

Short, readable, and fair.

These terms govern your use of the Hexadle iOS application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Hexadle.

1. License

Hexadle grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The app is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Hexadle.

2. Apple's standard EULA

Your use of Hexadle is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these Terms and Apple's EULA conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce them against you.

3. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Hexadle Plus is a recurring subscription billed through Apple. Pricing is shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

All purchases are final. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
  • Attempt to cheat, manipulate scores, or exploit leaderboards.
  • Use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the app or your access to a third party.

5. Intellectual property

All content in Hexadle — including the name, design, graphics, game mechanics, and code — is the exclusive property of Hexadle and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute any portion of the app without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Hexadle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexadle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Hexadle at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your licence ends immediately.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hexadle is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice. Continued use of Hexadle after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
